Only completed applications are reviewed and processed. You will receive an e-mail from us requesting a face to face meeting once you have submitted your application usually within 3 to 7 days if there is interest. Your resume and application will remain in consideration for a position until that position is filled. You can visit our Web site at any time to view and apply for new positions. Certain positions have questions to answer along with the application. This helps us in identifying qualified candidates.
Typically our hiring process can take from one week up to four weeks depending on the level of the position. Because the application timeline can be unpredictable, you should notify the recruiter concerning factors affecting your availability and timeline.
Check Your Status
You can always request a status on your application by inquiring via the e-mail address you receive when you apply or you may call the Euro Representative assigned to your file. .
A Euro Representative will review all resumes for a position and send the most qualified candidates to the hiring manager who, along with the representative, selects the candidates to interview.
A Euro Representative may contact you for a phone interview to ask additional questions about your previous work experiences, skills, and availability for interviews, possible relocation, salary expectations and more within a few days of the receipt of your completed application.
Scheduling an Interview
After the phone interview, the Euro recruiter may invite you to our office for an interview with a hiring manager. If you are in consideration for a position outside of your community, we may assist you with travel arrangements.
When you arrive at our office, a Euro Representative will greet you, review your qualifications and discuss the schedule for your visit. At the interview you may meet with one or more managers. You will have the opportunity to share your detailed experiences and qualifications and learn more about Euro International Mortgage and our business. In some cases, you may be asked to complete a skill assessment or psychological review. In certain situations candidates may be asked to come back for additional interviews.
A Euro Representative will contact you to present a formal contract offer. For certain positions you will also receive an offer package in the mail. The offer package will include a comprehensive overview of the compensation package and a summary of benefits. All other correspondence will be sent to you via e-mail.
Background Checks and Drug Screens
Other pre-employment steps in our hiring process include background and reference checks, and possibly a drug screen. You may also receive information to schedule and complete a drug screen. You authorized understanding of this process when you completed the application. All offers are contingent on the successful completion of a complete background check and references and drug screen if applicable.
Hire and Orientation
After you accept the employment offer, we will discuss and determine your start date. Most employees will start on a Monday and are immediately enrolled in the New Employee Orientation and in certain regions, the Keys to Success, an extensive process that thoroughly welcomes you to the Euro International Mortgage family. If you are hired for a part-time position or off-shift position, we will work with you to schedule your orientation.
