You will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with Real Estate Brokerage Firms, including recruiting Licensed Mortgage Originators and Branches to join Euro. Must introduce a qualified RE or Mtg branch to Euro within 15 days of hiring.
- $5000 guaranteed draw starting 45 days from start date for the first 3 months of employment.
- $100 signing bonus on each new licensed originator recruited by you
- $1,000 signing bonus on each real estate alliance introduced by you
- $1,000 signing bonus on each new mortgage branch procured by you
- $500/ per file or 20+/- BPS on Total Account Closed Production Volume
- $10,000 YEARLY BONUS if your team achieves $50,000,000 or more in total closed loan volume by year end.
